From May 5th to 8th, 2025, the Las Vegas Convention Center will host Waste Expo, North America’s largest trade show dedicated to solid and organic waste, recycling, food waste recovery, and sustainability.
The 2018 “What a Waste 2.0” report raises an alarm about the increasing amount of waste globally. It is estimated that by 2050, annual production will reach 3.4 billion tons of waste, a significant increase. Faced with this emergency, it is crucial that local administrations not only promote recycling but also adopt efficient collection models through the implementation of IoT solutions.
Innovation4Waste, the new brand from Partitalia – at booth #980 at Waste Expo Las Vegas – will present its innovative cloud-integrated IoT ecosystem “Smart Waste Management”, featuring various solutions for waste collection.
Among the solutions that Innovation4Waste will showcase at Waste Expo Las Vegas 2025 is Asset Track-ID, an IoT solution for real-time tracking of roll-off containers. Essential for the rapid location of lost or abandoned containers, this IoT system significantly reduces costs associated with their replacement and identifies management anomalies.
For door-to-door waste collection, BlackIP and WhiteIP will be presented. These are high-power vehicle-mounted RFID readers designed to integrate seamlessly onto vehicles and withstand even the harshest environments. Innovation4Waste’s RFID solutions ensure precise traceability of each collection, automatically and uniquely identify waste collection containers, and simplify collection operations, providing certified data for optimal waste management.
